Christine Royse Niles — Changing the world one word at a time

Killer Tribes

Today, I am hitting the road with my old friend Lisa Thompson (simplifiedsaving.com & nickelsndimes.com).

Wait, that came out wrong.

Lisa isn’t old.  But she is my friend.  And has been for a while.

We spent five weeks together in Ukraine.  That will either make you friends for life or it will…well…it made us friends for life!  And that trip taught both of us about blogging for the first time.

Tomorrow is the inaugural Killer Tribes Conference, and my heart is filled with joy at all the amazing online blogger friends I will finally get to meet in person.

Bryan Allain has an amazing lineup of speakers, and it will be a day filled with encouragement and feedback and advice and generalpsychedoutedness.

I am so thankful to have Lisa joining me for this, and honored to be able to share the KT love with her!

  1. Drive safe. Look forward to meeting you tomorrow.
We made it safe and sound, at 1:45am.
    Both kids were amazing…
didn’t even have to pull out the DVDs until 9pm (left at 11:45am EST)!

No meltdowns until 5 MILES left! Made it just about the whole 780 miles without incident!

Confession: I was actually GLAD to put on a movie…I had “Am I a Man or a Muppet?” in my head all day and needed to hear it!

  2. Can’t wait to hear about it! Wish I could be there!!

  3. Mark

    Have a safe trip dear!

This weekend we married off my oldest sister. Super duper hectic. There are still five of us left and I suggested doing a group wedding for the rest of us, to save some work.

I hope we get a recap of Killer Tribes!
